Introduction
The Content Library in FP Studio is where users can upload and manage supporting materials for their stories. It allows for storing text documents, images, and audio files, which can be referenced or integrated into the storytelling process.
This guide walks through how to upload, organize, and manage content effectively within the Library.
Accessing the Content Library
The Library is located in the left navigation panel of FP Studio. Clicking on it opens a structured space where users can store and access files for their projects.

Uploading Files to the Library
Step 1: Click "Add File"
In the Library section, click the + Add File button in the upper-right corner.

Step 2: Select and Upload a File
A pop-up window will appear, allowing users to drag and drop a file or browse their device to upload.
Supported formats:
- Audio Files: MP3, MP4, OGG, M4A (max 10 minutes).
- Text Files: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT (max 2,000 words).
Once a file is selected, click Done to upload it to the Library.

Managing Uploaded Files
Once uploaded, files appear in the Files List, where users can:
- Search for specific files using the search bar.
- Preview text and audio files directly in the Library.
- Rename or delete files using the three-dot menu next to each entry.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
I can’t upload a file
- Ensure the file format is supported.
- Check if the file exceeds the size or length limit.
- Refresh the page and try again.
My file is not appearing in the Library
- Wait a few seconds for the upload to complete.
- Use the search bar to locate the file.
- Try re-uploading the file if necessary.
I accidentally deleted a file
- Deleted files cannot be restored, so always confirm before deletion.
