How to Share Interview Links

The Interviewer feature in FP Studio allows you to collect spoken stories seamlessly by generating secure, shareable links that can be sent to contributors. Whether you’re gathering memories from family members, conducting interviews for a biography, or co-creating a shared event, this feature simplifies the process by providing a structured way to collect and organize responses.

Sharing the Interview Link

You can share the interview link via SMS or Email directly from the interface.

Via SMS

1. In the ‘Send Interviewer’ dialog, select the SMS option.
2. Enter the recipient’s phone number.
3. A pre-filled message will appear, including the link. You can modify the message if needed.
4. Click ‘Send Interviewer’ to share the link.

Via Email

1. Select the Email option.
2. Enter the recipient’s email address.
3. Customize the email message if necessary.
4. Click ‘Send Interviewer’ to deliver the request.

Managing Interview Requests

• You can re-generate links if needed by repeating the process.
• If a time limit was set, the link will automatically expire at the designated date.
• Password-protected links require the recipient to enter the password before recording their response.
