Managing Interview Recordings

Overview

After collecting interviews, managing your recordings ensures that your content is well-organized and accessible. FP Studio automatically saves all received recordings in your Library, keeping your audio files secure and easy to find. Proper management of recordings helps maintain a structured workflow, making it easier to incorporate interviews into your storytelling process.



Steps to Manage Interview Recordings

  1. Navigate to the Library from the side menu.
  2. Locate recordings, organized by date and file type.
  3. Click on a recording to:
    1. Listen to the file.
    2. Rename it for better organization.
    3. Move it to specific sections of your story.
  4. To delete a recording, select the file and choose the delete option.
