If you decide to delete your FP Studio account, the process is simple but requires a request to our Support Team. Since account deletion is permanent and irreversible, make sure to download or save any important projects before proceeding.
How to Request Account Deletion
Currently, the only way to delete your account is by emailing our Support Team. Follow these steps:
- Open your email and compose a message to [support@forposterity.com].
- Use the subject line: Request to Delete My Account.
- In the email body, include:
- Your registered email address (the one associated with your FP Studio account).
- A confirmation statement, such as:
"I confirm that I want to permanently delete my FP Studio account, including all associated projects and data."
- Send the email.
What Happens Next?
- The Support Team will manually delete your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
- After your account is deleted, all projects and data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
